To be admitted, all incoming freshmen should pass the admission test conducted by the Guidance Office and Testing Center, the interview of the dean of the College that the applicant is planning to get admitted to and the approval of the University Registrar.
THE PROCEDURES FOR ADMISSION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
The Student should go first to the Guidance Testing Center for aptitude test and then will be advised to pay for the test to the cashier and after the test, he will be directed to go the Dean’s Office where he/she wishes to enroll bringing with him a slip for enrollment to be shown to the college secretary. Then he will be given Preliminary Enrollment Form to be filled up by the students with the assistance from the college secretary.
Upon approval of the College Secretary and signed by the Dean the Applicant will be directed to acquire the student Account Number from the Account Officer (Registrar Office).
After acquiring the Student Account Number, he is directed to go the Verification/Assessment for the subjects based from the Preliminary Enrollment Form. Upon receiving the assessment form, he will be advised to pay the Upon Registration to the Cashier and will be given the university official receipt.
After paying the necessary amount to the cashier he is advised to go the Admitting personnel for the final Admission to the University. He will be given a final Student Matriculation Form indicating the subject ID, subject description, time, room and detailed assessment. The student’s matriculation will serve as the basis for the instructor that he is officially enrolled.
