An incomplete (INC.) mark is given to a student who failed to complete certain requirements in a course. It is also given to a student who fails to take the final examination due to illness or valid reasons. If, however, the student is not passing in his/her class standing within the semester and fails to take the final examinations for any reasons, the student is given a grade of 5.00.
A student who gets INC. must compete the same within a year immediately following the semester he obtained an INC mark. Failure to comply within the specified period will automatically mean failure or 5.00.
When a student drops a subject within six (6) weeks from the first day of classes, it shall be reports as “DROPPED”, otherwise, it shall be a valid marked Withdrawn/Failure (W/F), illness or other valid reasons caused withdrawal, which must be established.
A student who applies for the completion of the subject shall pay a corresponding amount.
A student must secure a completion form at the Registrar’s Office.
