Need to know more?Policies and Procedures for Shifting Course

The act of shifting from one course to another is highly discouraged by the University. However, if the student truly wishes to shift courses it can only be made at the start of the semester and shall be subject to the following requirements and procedures.

The documentary requirements for shifting of courses shall be the following:

  1. Application to Shift Courses Form
  2. Parent/Guardian’s Consent allowing his son/daughter to shift courses

PROCEDURE FOR SHIFTING OF COURSES OR PROGRAM

The student should secure an Application to Shift Courses Form from the University Registrar. Said application should be completed and signed by the Dean of the previous course.

After approval of the Dean of the course of origin, the applicant should be signed by the Dean of the Course destination.

The student shall then proceed to the Registrar for evaluation and approval.

After approval of the Registrar, the student should proceed to the Accounting Department for assessment of the necessary fees.

After assessment of the necessary fees, the student shall then process to the cashier for payment.

After payment of the fees, the student proceeds to the Office of the Dean of the destination course who shall process the student for enrollment.
