A candidate of graduation must have completed all the requirements of the curriculum prescribed for the course. He/she must also be a resident of at least one full school year in the University before the granting of degree. The application of graduation should be done during the candidate’s last term. The Registrar’s Office provides the student with an evaluation of his record, which will be the basis for his application for graduation.

All incoming freshmen students, male and female, enrolled in any baccalaureate and in at least two (2) year technical-vocational or associate courses, are required to complete one (1) NSTP component of their choice, as a graduation requirement.

Suspension of ROTC requirements. The completion of ROTC training as requisite for graduation is set-aside for students who have completed all their academic requirements for their respective course as certified by the school on or before the affectivity of the NSTP Act of 2001, which is March 23, 2002. The concerned students may apply for graduation with their respective schools.

Male students who are not covered by the paragraph above and are currently enrolled but have not taken any of the Military Science (MS), Civic Welfare Service (SWS) programs shall be covered by the NSTP Law.

Male students who have completed two semesters of the Expanded ROTC (E-ROTC)/National Service Program (NSP) is deemed to have complied with the NSTP requirement.

Male students who are not covered by the third paragraph above and have taken only one (1) semester of Basic ROTC or ROTC/NSTP shall take one more semester of any of the NSTP components to qualify for graduation.

All graduating students are encouraged to attend Recollection, Baccalaureate Mass, Ring-Hop Ceremony and other activities as may be agreed upon by the Graduating Class Organization.

No student shall be recommended for graduation by the Dean unless he/she has a zero-balance in academics.
Only students who have completed all the requirements for graduation on the deadline set for the purpose shall be listed as candidate for graduation at the end of the semester.

Any student who failed to submit the graduation requirements beyond the set deadline, the said student shall register and shall be considered for graduation in the succeeding semester.

Diploma and Transcript of Records shall be released by the Office of the Registrar upon presentation  of the approved clearance.
