Robredo shares Tsinelas leadership to UNEP Graduates
Her husband’s legacy will live and will remain to be one of the most modest means of serving the people—the tsinelas leadership that our very own Bicolano leader, the late SILG Jesse M. Robredo left to us after he perished in that un- fateful plane crash more than a year ago.

The University of Northeastern Philippines –University Student Government (UNEP-USG) spearheaded a three-day youth confab and gathered more than 500 student leaders and other partakers in an activity dubbed as the 2014 Organizational Encampment.

Eight delegates from UNEP composed of two instructors: Arnel S. Jardinel and Ma. Eugenia T. Grageda; and six Bachelor of Secondary Education Science major students namely Medalou T. Aguila, Rio France B. Baeta, Joel B. Balbuena, Vanessa Camille M. Hontalba, Kristine Winhor B. Peña and Raymond T. Toralde headed their way to the city of Naga to attend the 5th Regional Convention & Scientific Meeting held at Regent Hotel last November 24, 2012.
