VISION
The College of Criminology is envisioned to be the institute of the continual quality Criminology education that will actively produce competent and globally competitive professionals who will lead and address the criminality and public safety needs of the Bicol Region, the Philippine society and the world as a whole.
MISSION
To provide adequate knowledge, technical skills and competencies through quality assurance in Criminology education geared towards holistic development and improvement of the condition of life that will make it graduates productive, responsive, dedicated and committed as individuals of the society.
Develop critical thinking and understanding of crime, impact of law and legal process and the role, structure and function of Criminology, Criminal Justice and Public Safety.
To provide opportunities for students to enhance their knowledge, skills and competencies.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR FRESHMEN

- Original and Photocopy of Good Moral Character
- Original and Photocopy Birth Certificate (NSO)
- Original and Photocopy of NCAE (if GSA is 85% and above)
- Medical Certificate
- 4 copies of 2x2 picture
- Result of Entrance Examination
